When I joined Michelle's yoga class, it was the first time in my life doing yoga. It was a good decision. I enjoy her classes and always look forward to the next class. Michelle is a great, friendly and warm person. She is an awesome yoga teacher and always looks after her students. At the end of her class we get spoiled with a head massage which I enjoy a lot.Â
Personally, her classes help me a lot to feel much better about myself and my mind set. Being aware of my needs and looking after myself.Â

Attending Michelle’s Yoga classes has opened up an experience I wish I had enjoyed many years ago. She has the ability to make everyone feel valued, regardless of your level of suppleness or how inexperienced you may feel you are. These sessions are now an important part of my life.
Her calm voice, so well suited to yoga and her inclusive approach to everyone in class quickly dispels any misgivings you may have in the value of yoga for the mind and body. Each session is different and Michelle ensures that every yoga movement and stretch and its relationship to the whole body is woven into the action with well-informed explanations.
Her lovely, kind and gentle manner, together with a soothing end to each session, creates a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the group.
Missing Michelle’s yoga classes is generally not an option.
